The strategic move will see Oxypu’s technology and team fully integrated into Limestone, culminating in the launch of Limestone AI, the new intelligence layer for the platform.
The combined entity will double down on its mission to fundamentally improve how people live and work in African communities, with a renewed focus on intelligent, secure, and automated community management solutions for estates, property developers, and facility managers.
The decision to acquire and integrate Oxypu’s advanced AI engine is a strategic acceleration for Limestone. While both products shared a common vision, market data showed Oxypu’s core AI capabilities delivered far greater value when embedded within the Limestone platform than as a standalone horizontal product.
Oxypu’s technology will immediately power new capabilities within Limestone, including:
AI-powered Resident Assistance: Enhanced, automated support and query resolution.
Automated Routing and Operational Intelligence: Smarter ticket management and faster, data-driven decision-making for facility teams.
Smart Alerting: Predictive insights and real-time security and community management alerts across products like StoneCircle, Stone Community, and Stone Security.

The acquisition is a full-scale integration of technology, teams, and business operations:
Team Consolidation: All Oxypu engineers, product managers, sales, and marketing staff will transition to the Limestone team, maintaining full employment. The company confirms there will be no hidden layoffs.
Product Sunset: Oxypu will enter an immediate internal sunset phase. All existing customer conversations will be strategically transitioned to the enhanced Limestone AI platform.
Business Entity: The separate business entity of VWT (Oxypu) will cease to exist.
