Ikuku & The Guestlist Party Partner with House of Yanos for Landmark Kenya Debut

NAIROBI, KENYA – In a move that signals a new era for African nightlife collaborations, Ikuku and the renowned event brand The Guestlist Party have announced their major international expansion into East Africa.

Fresh off the back of high-profile, successful activations in Abuja, Cape Town, and Lagos, the “Guestlist Formation” is partnering with the Middle East’s premier Amapiano collective, House of Yanos, to host a high-octane showcase in Kenya. This collaboration bridges the gap between West African, European, and Middle Eastern nightlife cultures, bringing a world-class lineup to Nairobi.

The event features a heavy-hitting roster led by South African producer and DJ extraordinaire Freddy K, whose “Private School Amapiano” sound has dominated charts across the continent. Joining him is DJ Chukky, a mainstay of the international circuit.

Adding to the flavor of the night is SSSoundgawd (famously known as the “Aura Salad Him Self”) and the full House of Yanos Sound System, ensuring a seamless blend of Afrobeats, Amapiano, and global club sounds.

In what is expected to be the highlight of the night, Nigerian nightlife icon and superstar Yhemolee is confirmed for a special guest appearance. Known for his electric energy and massive influence in the Lagos social scene, his presence solidifies this event as one not to miss.

A Global Legacy

“The Guestlist has always been about community and the power of the beat. After the incredible energy we saw in Cape Town, Abuja and Lagos, bringing this formation to Kenya with the House of Yanos was the natural next step,” says the Guestlist team.
