Refund Policy

Pressdia provides professional PR, media distribution, and placement services that rely on third-party publishers, platforms, and editorial processes.

All Pressdia services constitute digital services supplied immediately upon purchase.

This policy sets out the terms governing refunds, credits, replacements, and liability and applies to all orders placed through the Pressdia platform, including via the website, email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication channels owned or operated by Pressdia.

1. No-Refund Principle Once Service Is Initiated

All Pressdia services are non-refundable once initiated.

For the purpose of this policy, a service is deemed “initiated” once any action has commenced, including but not limited to editorial review, content drafting, submission, outreach, scheduling, publisher engagement, platform coordination, campaign preparation, or internal processing.

Once a service is initiated, no cash refunds shall apply, regardless of outcome, performance, or acceptance.

2. Limited Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within sixty (60) minutes of purchase for a full refund, provided no service activity has commenced.

After sixty (60) minutes, or once initiation occurs, whichever is earlier, the order becomes strictly non-refundable.

3. Service Validity & Client Responsibility

All one-time services must be activated and utilised within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of payment.

Orders that lapse due to client inactivity, delayed approvals, missing required information, failure to respond, or failure to meet submission requirements are deemed forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Delivery, Replacement & Credits (Exclusive Remedies)

Where a placement cannot proceed due to third-party rejection, editorial discretion, platform restrictions, pricing updates, availability issues, or publisher policy changes, Pressdia may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a comparable replacement of similar value and reach
  • Defer the service to a later publishing window
  • Issue a service credit

Replacement, deferral, or service credit shall constitute the client’s sole and exclusive remedy. Cash refunds are expressly excluded.

5. Non-Delivery Exception (Strictly Limited)

A refund may be issued only where legally required and solely in circumstances where Pressdia has failed to commence or deliver any service within the agreed package scope within four (4) weeks, and no reasonable replacement, deferral, or service credit solution is available despite good-faith efforts.

This exception does not apply where non-delivery arises from:

  • Third-party editorial or platform decisions
  • Publisher rejections or delays
  • Client-related delays, omissions, or non-responsiveness

6. Dissatisfaction & Quality Concerns

Any dissatisfaction relating to written content, formatting, or reporting must be raised within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Pressdia may, at its discretion, offer revisions, corrective action, or service credit.

Subjective expectations, audience response, engagement levels, commercial outcomes, visibility, editorial tone, or perceived reputational impact do not qualify for refunds.

7. Third-Party Dependency

Pressdia does not own, control, or guarantee the pricing, timelines, acceptance, publication, or editorial decisions of third-party publishers or platforms.

Pressdia shall not be liable for delays, rejections, pricing changes, policy updates, removals, or non-execution arising from third-party actions.

8. Partial Fulfilment

Where a service has been partially fulfilled, submitted, scheduled, or initiated, no refunds shall apply, whether in whole or in part.

Any remaining value may, at Pressdia’s discretion, be retained as service credit only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pressdia’s total liability, under any circumstances and regardless of claim type, shall be strictly limited to the value of services actually rendered.

Pressdia shall not be liable for indirect losses, reputational expectations, perceived damages, loss of opportunity, loss of income, or consequential or speculative claims.

10. Acceptance & Updates

By completing a purchase or engaging with Pressdia’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Pressdia reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page, and continued use of Pressdia’s services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
